Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure project deliverables are met. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.

Working Conditions:



Office-based with regular site visits. May require travel depending on project locations. Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, PRINCE2). Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira).
