Key Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, and execute interior fit-out projects in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.
Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective measures promptly.
Ensure project handover with all required documentation and client satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
