The Fit-Out Project Manager will oversee the complete execution of interior fit-out projects from inception to handover. The role requires managing project timelines, budgets, client coordination, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met at all stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute interior fit-out projects from design to completion.
Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and project documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Prepare and present progress reports, cost tracking, and status updates to management and clients.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company procedures.
Lead project teams and supervise site engineers, foremen, and other site personnel.
Oversee final handover, snag list closure, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in interior fit-out project management (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential sectors).
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
