We are a leading fit-out and renovation company based in Dubai, with numerous projects completed and handed over to satisfied clients. Currently, we are looking for candidates for

Fit-Out Project Manager

position.

Key Responsibilities include:

Client and Scope Management:

Meet the client to understand project objectives, functional requirements. Conduct site visits to inspect existing conditions (structure, MEP systems, accessibility, etc.). Prepare site measurement reports and communicate key findings to the estimation and design teams. Defines and documents the Scope of Works (SOW) -- specifying what is included/excluded in the quotation. Ensures the scope is aligned with client expectations and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.).

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for fit-out projects in line with client and company objectives.

Team Coordination:

Manage and coordinate with designers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Control & Compliance:

Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, adheres to regulatory requirements, and aligns with health & safety protocols.

Timeline Management:

Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.

Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, updating them on project status and addressing their concerns.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, ensuring smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary package: AED8,000 to AED10,000 based on experience plus incentives per project.
