Oversee day-to-day operations of large-scale construction projects, including high-rise buildings.
Implement project baselines, monitor cost control, resource allocation, schedule adherence, and quality compliance.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, architects, sub-contractors, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure project delivery and approvals.
Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary project permissions and statutory clearances.
Manage and control project expenditures; verify invoices and claims from vendors and subcontractors.
Lead and manage professional teams ensuring manpower availability and deployment.
Schedule and monitor project activities, regularly reporting progress to senior management.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project changes and ensure all scope and design modifications are well documented.
Conduct and participate in daily/weekly meetings with management and project review sessions.
Ensure on-site staff comply with Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies.
Actively participate in QMS/HSE audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in high-rise building construction within Dubai/UAE.
Certification:
Dubai Municipality Certificate (G+12 - Unlimited)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in contract conditions (FIDIC, JCT, government formats).
Skilled in MS Project and Primavera.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
Safety management knowledge and practices.
Immediate joiner is essential.
Arabic speaker is an advantage.
