Fit-Out Project Manager

to oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, subcontractors, quality control, and budgets to ensure the delivery of high-quality commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize fit-out projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Develop project scopes, objectives, and work plans. Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage procurement, materials, and logistics for the project site. Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards. Resolve any site issues or delays proactively and professionally. Control project costs and ensure timely delivery of invoices and documentation. Lead and manage the performance of subcontractors and site teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum [3-4] years of proven experience in fit-out project management. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, methods, and finishing works. Familiarity with construction drawings, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be willing to travel to various project sites.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
