We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to coordinate between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Lead project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, company policies, and international quality and safety standards. Prepare detailed project reports, budgets, schedules, and documentation for internal and client review. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met and exceeded. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, resources, and workflows.
Requirements:

Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or building projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects successfully. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar) and MS Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
