to lead and oversee the planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects across the UAE or GCC region.
Responsible for managing timelines, budgets, teams, and ensuring full compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, drainage, utilities) within scope, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and Client.
Prepare and manage project budgets, work programs, and risk mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, FIDIC contracts, QA/QC, and HSE standards.
Supervise on-site activities, resolve technical issues, and oversee project closeout and handover.
Monitor resource allocation and performance of site engineers and subcontractors.
Certification ( Preffered)
PMP - (Project Management Professional) - is advantage.
ISO 9001/14001/45001 awareness
Other Requirements:
Possess strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multicultural teams in fast-paced environments
Valid Driving license is preferred.
