Responsibilities:
Develop and implement detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead and manage cable projects from initiation to successful completion.
Manage procurement, logistics, and timely delivery of cables, joints, terminations, and accessories.
Supervise site installation activities including trenching, laying, jointing, and termination of EHV cables.
Ensure proper testing and commissioning of cables at 11kV, 132kV, and 400kV voltage levels.
Liaise with clients, consultants, utilities, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
Manage project risks, technical challenges, and contractual obligations.
Oversee day-to-day project activities including planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Lead and supervise project teams, allocating tasks and ensuring performance targets are met.
Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience
