Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Project / Construction Manager

to oversee and manage large-scale civil and structural construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, site supervision, client coordination, and multi-disciplinary engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and deliver all project phases from design development, tendering, and construction to handover. Monitor construction progress, perform site inspections, and ensure adherence to specifications, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution. Review and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Develop and maintain project schedules, cost plans, and quality control measures. Implement risk management strategies and ensure mitigation of potential project delays, cost overruns, and scope changes. Liaise with local authorities for licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals. Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety standards, and company policies. Conduct regular reporting on project status, progress, issues, and recommendations to senior management. Oversee procurement activities, including BOQ review, tender evaluations, and contract administration. Mentor and manage project teams, providing guidance on technical, operational, and procedural matters. Conduct lessons learned sessions and document project experiences for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing high-value projects in the UAE, including residential, retail, and mixed-use developments. Strong technical knowledge in civil and structural engineering. Expertise in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and value engineering. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, Primavera, MS Excel, and project management tools. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
