Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Interior Project Manager

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in

project coordination, procurement, and on-site execution

within the interior design or real estate sector. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle -- from initial property onboarding to final handover -- ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Coordination

Oversee full-cycle project management of interior fit-outs for holiday homes and residential properties. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (property owners, suppliers, contractors, internal teams). Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones are met across all stages. Coordinate design handover from the creative team and convert it into actionable execution plans. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Personally handle procurement of furniture, materials, and fixtures from local Dubai suppliers and showrooms. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and service providers. Oversee order management, deliveries, quality checks, and installation coordination. Maintain procurement logs and budgets to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Contractor & Installation Oversight

Source and manage external contractors, installers, and labor teams. Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues during the execution phase. Verify completion of work and ensure readiness for handover.

Handover & Closeout

For holiday homes: coordinate final setup and transition to operations or booking teams. For residential properties: ensure full client satisfaction during final delivery. Compile and archive project documentation, including warranties, receipts, and vendor records.

RequirementsExperience

1-2 years of hands-on experience in

preferred. Proven ability to handle procurement, contractor coordination, and on-site management independently.

Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities. Familiarity with interior finishing materials, furniture sourcing, and basic construction processes. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Language & Communication

Fluent in

English

(written and spoken) - essential. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.

Valid UAE Driving License

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with holiday home or Airbnb property setups. Familiarity with Dubai's real estate and interior supplier market. Exposure to smart home or technology integration in residential projects. Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
