Bernini Interiors L.L.C is seeking a proactive and experienced

Project Manager (Fit-Out)

to oversee and manage high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in the fit-out industry, and a deep understanding of project coordination, budgeting, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of fit-out projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Ensure all work is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients. Resolve any project issues, delays, or conflicts efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of proven experience

as a Project Manager in the

Fit-Out/Interior Design

industry. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred). Must hold a

valid UAE driving license

. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
