: Lead the construction and delivery of G+Unlimited projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all construction activities from planning to completion.
Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with
Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Tarkhees
for approvals and compliance.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
Supervise engineers, quantity surveyors, and document controllers.
Requirements:
Minimum
G+Unlimited Dubai Municipality certification
.
2-3 years of UAE real estate development/construction experience.
Proven experience with
DLD, RERA, and Tarkhees registration requirements
.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
