We are now looking for a sharp, analytical, and presentation-savvy Project Manager to join our team and support our growing portfolio of projects.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with real estate developers in UAE, with proven skills in market analysis, project feasibility, and presentation/report preparation.

Only focused on supporting the strategy and planning side of development -- ideal for someone eager to be involved in shaping real estate projects from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential development sites and strategic land opportunities ROI models to assess project viability, good working knowledge of site activities and also someone who is well versed in identifying sites for developments and has the ability to conduct feasibility studies Support due diligence, zoning, and pre-acquisition planning in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Create clear, professional presentations, investment decks, and internal reports for senior management Deliver structured market and competitor analysis with visual data representation Assist in aligning projects with relevant regulatory authorities (Dubai Land Department, RERA, Municipality) Support the business development team with pipeline tracking, reporting, and internal updates Liaise with planning, design, and finance departments to help bring project ideas into execution
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in real estate development in Dubai or the GCC Strong experience in preparing presentations and professional reports Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic financial modelling Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, regulations, and urban planning policies Bachelor's degree in business or Project Management a related field Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Arabic / English language proficiency is a plus but not required
