Job Title: Project manager (On-site)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Onsite Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior design projects from concept through to completion. You will act as the key liaison between our design studio, contractors, suppliers, and clients -- ensuring our vision is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and detail. This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment with an eye for detail and strong leadership skills.

Key responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Management Oversee day-to-day operations on site during fit-out and construction phases Ensure the design intent is accurately executed as per drawings and specifications Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on-site Manage project timelines, milestones, and daily/weekly progress tracking Ensure all work complies with local regulations, permits, and safety standards
Coordination & Communication

Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, client, and site contractors Attend regular site meetings with contractors and consultants Report on progress, challenges, and site conditions to the design team Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries and installations
Documentation & Quality Control

Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material samples for approval Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies during construction Maintain accurate records of site activities, snag lists, and site reports Ensure all finishes, joinery, and fittings are installed to the studio's standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site/Project Manager in interior fit-outs (residential or commercial) Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and detailing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD, joinery, MEP, etc.) Excellent coordination and communication skills Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus UAE driving license preferred Strong leadership with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
