Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager (Civil)

to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of

high-rise towers and villa developments

in Dubai. The role requires a blend of strategic project management and site-based leadership, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Candidates with a

Dubai Municipality Unlimited Engineer Certification

will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall site operations and ensure project execution as per approved

drawings, specifications, and timelines

.. Lead and manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and domestic labor. Maintain discipline, productivity, and motivation among the workforce through strong communication and leadership. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project management for inspections, approvals, and daily activities. Prepare and update detailed

lookahead programs, daily/weekly progress reports, and site logs

Monitor work progress, productivity, and resource utilization, ensuring effective control of manpower and materials. Implement and ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations on site.

Identify risks, delays, or obstacles

on site and initiate prompt corrective measures. Review and approve site

method statements, risk assessments, and work permits.

Participate in technical and coordination meetings with stakeholders. Ensure that quality control processes are implemented and complied with throughout construction.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (mandatory). Minimum 10 years of hands-on site experience in large-scale civil construction projects. Certified by Dubai Municipality as Unlimited Engineer Proven track record in managing workforce, including domestic labor and subcontractors. Strong knowledge of local authority requirements, construction techniques, and material specifications.

Key Skills:

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Effective communication with all levels of staff and laborers. Proactive and highly organized with attention to detail. Strong knowledge of construction planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera is a plus). Good documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills. Sound understanding of HSE regulations and ability to enforce compliance. Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.

Additional Information:

Must be available for full-time site-based role. UAE experience is preferred. Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates are an advantage.
