Job Description

We, Summit Labour Supply Services, is a recruitment company and we are looking to employ a competent and dedicated worker to be deployed in a leading Construction company based in Dubai.

:

oA Project Manager is assigned to each project working under Senior project manager.

oManaging multiple projects and Oversee the full projects lifecycle from design, procurement, and construction through to handover.

oDevelop and implement projects execution plans, schedules, and budgets.

oEnsure compliance with contract requirements and client specifications and internal company policies throughout the project execution and lifecycle.

oReview and approve engineering designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.

oProvide technical guidance on civil and marine engineering challenges, including dredging, piling, quay wall construction, pontoons, and coastal protection systems.

oLiaise with consultants, authorities on technical approvals.

oAct as the primary point of contact(In addition to project managers) for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal management.

oManage contractual correspondence, progress meetings, and reporting along with Project managers.

oResolve conflicts, claims, and variation orders professionally

oMonitor project cash flow, variations, and cost control measures.

oSupport commercial team in claims preparation and negotiations.

Candidate must be:

- Male
- Must be a Civil Engineer
- Has 4 - 6 years of GCC/International Experience in the Construction Field
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager
