We are a growing interior design and fit-out company in the UAE, specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Project Manager
to join our team and oversee projects from concept to completion.
Job Responsibilities
Manage interior design and fit-out projects from planning to handover.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Supervise site activities to ensure quality and timely execution.
Oversee procurement, material approvals, and subcontractor management.
Provide progress reports and ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum
5-8 years of project management experience
in interior design/fit-out.
Strong knowledge of project management processes and site execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
