We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Joinery & Fit Out projects , construction Projects ,managing site operations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of interior & exterior projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and manage staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.-
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (5 -8 years exp)
- Must have relevant qualifications.
- The ability to understand and work with technical drawings.
- Overseeing high end projects including swimming pool installation, interior fit-out and landscaping.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have UAE drivers licence.
