Al Ikhaa Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to delivery. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Prepare detailed project reports for management and clients. Foster and maintain strong client relationships. Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with 3-5 years in the UAE. Proven expertise in design & build, warehouse construction, villas, and manufacturing projects. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Extensive knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and market dynamics. Valid UAE driving license. Strong network of market and client contacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent certification. Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end project processes.
