Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Project Manager

to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various stages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, budgets, and team performance while ensuring the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Lead project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Conduct project evaluations and assess results upon completion. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership and mentoring to team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.. Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Project Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of project management tools, techniques, and software (e.g., MS Project). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Budget management and resource planning experience.
