We are seeking a highly skilled

Project Manager

with proven experience in managing

high-end fit-out

and

luxury villa construction/renovation projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all project phases from initiation to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize villa and interior fit-out projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. Monitor project progress, including procurement, construction, and installation works. Manage client relationships, conduct regular site meetings, and provide updates. Review project drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance. Ensure compliance with local authorities and obtain necessary approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.). Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to HSE standards. Track and manage project budgets, variations, and cost control. Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 5

+ years of experience

in managing

fit-out

and

villa construction/renovation

projects in the UAE/GCC. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings. Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

Preferred:

PMP or similar project management certification. Experience with high-end residential villas and bespoke interiors. Knowledge of local authorities' regulations and approval processes.
