Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution of all phases of a project. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, including scheduling, task assignment, and progress tracking. Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Monitor project performance and implement changes as needed to ensure goals are achieved. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Report on project progress, problems, and solutions to stakeholders. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience (7+ years) in project management. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Budgeting and cost control experience
