Our mission is to deliver innovative, high-quality fit-out solutions tailored to our clients' needs. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and execute our projects efficiently from initiation to completion.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in joinery and interior fit-out works in the UAE. This role involves overseeing all phases of project execution -- from planning and procurement to on-site coordination and client handover -- ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day project operations for joinery and interior fit-out works.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in alignment with timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Monitor progress on-site, ensure quality standards, and manage subcontractors and labor teams.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to provide updates and resolve issues.
Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure health and safety compliance at all job sites.
Track project costs and prepare regular reports for management.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 12-15 years of UAE experience managing joinery and interior fit-out projects (
mandatory
).
In-depth knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and production timelines.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
