Job Description

The Role

We are only considering candidates who have worked in the UK, US, Europe, or Australia/New Zealand. You'll be joining a boutique interior design and architecture studio delivering some of the most high-spec residential projects in the region. From planning through to completion, you'll be responsible for driving project delivery across multiple luxury villa and private home developments. Working closely with the internal design team, you'll coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure that every stage of the build reflects the design intent. You'll be leading on sequencing, mock-up reviews, quality inspections, and site progress, while also supporting the Senior Project Manager with cost tracking, technical oversight, and programme control. This is an ideal role for someone used to working on demanding, detail-driven projects where quality is everything.



Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have worked on high-end residential projects in the UK, US, Europe, or Australia/New Zealand. This background is essential. o Minimum 8+ years' project management experience on ultra-high-end residential projects (private homes, villas, penthouses, etc.) o Studio-side, consultancy, or client-representative experience preferred, ideally working closely with design teams o Strong knowledge of construction detailing, sequencing, and site management in a fast-paced environment o UAE experience a plus, but not required o Confident communicator with strong coordination skills across site teams, consultants, and designers o Degree-qualified in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field o Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining quality at every stage o Currently in the UAE or open to relocation
