Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and mission-driven

Project Manager

to lead and coordinate client-facing projects and operations, and stakeholder engagement across a variety of sectors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse projects--ranging from food waste management operations to awareness campaigns and client training.

The role involves

managing projects with both corporate and institutional clients

, leading educational trainings, facilitating internal and external communication, and ensuring high-quality delivery of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Lead the full lifecycle of projects--from concept and proposal to implementation and reporting. Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and outcomes. Serve as a key liaison between The Waste Lab and corporate, hospitality, institutional, and educational clients.

Client Engagement & Business Support

Support the commercial and operations teams in developing and executing

customized projects

for clients. Organize and lead

client meetings

, proposal development, project scoping, and follow-ups. Deliver

trainings, workshops, and activation sessions

for employees, management teams, and community members on food waste, composting, and circular practices. Coordinate

procurement activities

when required for project execution.

Data Integration & Reporting

Work closely with the data team to

gather and integrate data

from food waste characterization, segregation tracking, and impact reports. Use data to strengthen proposals, evaluate project performance, and prepare client-facing documentation.

Team Collaboration & Training

Collaborate with the team across operations, education, and business development. Train internal team members and clients on food waste segregation, composting protocols, and sustainability measures.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience

in project management in sustainability-related roles. Proven ability to manage cross-sector projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience in

corporate sustainability

, or

environmental education

is highly desirable. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Fluent in

English

Arabic

and any other language proficiency is a strong advantage. Must be

based in Dubai

with a preference of a

valid UAE residency visa
