Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee engineering projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure all work is executed in compliance with engineering standards, health & safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Manage project documentation, contracts, and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry.
Strong understanding of engineering methods, codes, and regulatory requirements.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Valid UAE driver's license -
required for site travel.
Preferred Skills:
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Familiarity with HSE and quality assurance procedures.
Experience in managing infrastructure, industrial, or construction projects.
