You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various technical projects.
The role will involve supporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered successfully, meeting quality, schedule, and budgetary requirements.
Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with team members to allocate tasks during the build-up & de-rig,
monitor progress, and ensure that project milestones are met.
Help manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
Identify and assess project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to
minimize potential issues.
Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to the company
policies and industry best practices.
Help identify and resolve project issues and conflicts as they arise, escalating to
Senior management, when necessary.
Based in the UAE and required to travel to KSA as per project assignments.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices within the organization.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
