This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Site Team Supervisors at Specs & Spaces Contracting LLC.
The Site Supervisor / Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules, managing subcontractors, allocating a sufficient workforce for the job and maintaining quality standards in construction activities.
??Experience in construction site supervision and management;
??Knowledge of construction processes and quality control standards;
??Strong leadership and communication skills;
??Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
??Health and safety certifications or training;
??Experience with planning, budgeting and cost control;
Adhere to project cost, quality, time, and resources.
??Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
??Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, subject to the applied position;
