Company Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from conception through completion. In this role, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering high-quality results that align with NOVEL DESTINY CONTRACTING LLC mission and vision.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project goals and requirements are met Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks Prepare and present project status reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in civil engineering project management Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil engineering projects Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and regulations Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency in project management software Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:

Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software Experience in managing budgets and timelines with multiple dependencies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent Proficient in the use of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to support project design and documentation Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and implement corrective actions
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Excellent problem-solving capabilities, especially in high-pressure situations Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build lasting relationships Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all project interactions
