About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced
Project Manager
to lead the execution of high-rise residential and commercial projects from initiation to successful handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven project leadership, and in-depth knowledge of UAE authority regulations and construction practices.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overall planning, execution, team coordination, authority liaison, resource management, and delivery within defined time, cost, and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire lifecycle of high-rise construction projects, from mobilization to final handover.
Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, cost estimates, manpower, and procurement schedules.
Lead project teams (engineering, site, subcontractors, and consultants) and ensure smooth coordination and communication across departments.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, DEWA, DCD, etc.) for approvals and inspections.
Ensure execution as per approved contract, specifications, contract documents, and HSE standards.
Monitor progress against project schedules and prepare regular updates, reports, and forecasts to management.
Identify risks and implement proactive measures to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Oversee the issuance and resolution of technical queries, RFIs, variation orders, and claims in coordination with the commercial and technical teams.
Ensure full compliance with QA/QC procedures and safety protocols at all project stages.
Drive site performance through effective leadership, motivation, and problem-solving.
Ensure timely certification, documentation, and project closeout.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong technical knowledge of civil and MEP disciplines in high-rise projects.
Strong knowledge on Contract management : FIDIC coding and contract
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve site challenges independently.
Deep understanding of UAE construction regulations, contract administration, and authority processes.
Excellent command of planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting.
Hands-on experience in managing project cost, quality, and time constraints.
Strong organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Effective communication skills in dealing with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to draft contractual letters, preparation EOT, Prolongation cost
Understanding/preparation Project Cash flows
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Master's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
Valid membership in
Society of Engineers - UAE
.
PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
Minimum
10 years of experience

5 years in the UAE
