We are seeking a highly skilled

Project Manager

with a strong background in

luxury villa construction and architectural projects

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-end residential developments, ensuring top-tier quality, precision, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project execution of luxury villa developments from design coordination to handover. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to deliver unique, high-end architectural outcomes. Oversee site operations, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Ensure that construction quality, materials, and finishes meet luxury standards and client expectations. Handle procurement of specialized materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly. Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and clients. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor teams, and technical staff. Ensure that all safety and environmental guidelines are strictly followed on-site.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

5-10 years

of proven experience managing

luxury villa or high-end residential projects

in the UAE or GCC. Strong understanding of architectural finishes, high-quality materials, and design execution. Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD). Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. UAE driving license is mandatory.
