Lead all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes of Project A from design through hand-over, ensuring safety, code compliance, budget, and schedule targets set by Codes Construction LLC are met.
Responsibilities
Plan & Scope - Develop MEP execution plan, schedule, resource & procurement matrix, risk register.
Lead MEP Team - Direct engineers, supervisors, subcontractors; manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Control - Track MEP KPIs, cost, and milestones; enforce QA/QC and safety protocols.
Communicate - Chair weekly MEP coordination meetings; report status to Project Director and stakeholders.
Deliver - Oversee testing, commissioning, final inspections, O&M handover, and snag-free close-out.
