We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven
Project Manager
to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate must have
at least 5 years of experience in the property development industry
, managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and construction phases of assigned development projects.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to senior management.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, authorities, and investors.
Supervise the procurement process and contract negotiations when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience
in project management within the
real estate/property development industry
.
Strong knowledge of construction methodology, planning, and execution.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
Experience:
