Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare and update project plans, schedules, and reports.
Supervise site execution, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure alignment with DM and other local authority regulations.
Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and site logistics.
Maintain project documentation and report progress to senior management.
