Project Manager
to join our
technical and project management team
to lead and manage end-to-end execution of building construction projects across Dubai.
Role Overview
The
Project Manager (Civil)
will oversee all phases of civil building construction projects, from planning and execution to handover. This role requires a strategic leader with deep knowledge of construction management, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance in Dubai. The successful candidate should possess proven expertise in
villa, low-rise, and renovation/modification projects
, along with the ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete lifecycle of construction projects including budgeting, planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery
Lead site operations and ensure alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow
Review project drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings for technical accuracy
Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines and cost control
Liaise with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Trakheesi, and DDA for approvals and inspections
Conduct quality audits, ensure adherence to standards, and resolve site-related technical challenges
Prepare regular project reports, client updates, and internal reviews
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant villa and building construction experience
At least 3 years of experience working in Dubai
Currently based in Dubai
(applications from outside Dubai will not be considered)
Strong knowledge of local construction codes, approval processes, and authority coordination
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
UAE driving license preferred
