Responsible for managing multiple projects from award of contract to project completion
Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, negotiate and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of progress and to address any concerns they may have.
Ensure project documentation, client communication and QA/QC are adhered to by project teams.
Conduct regular site visits, meet all relevant parties, monitor progress, and ensure projects are on track.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
With at least 5 years managerial experience in construction /fit out industry
Preferably with experience in glazing industry
With excellent communication skills
With experience in the use of ERP software
BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent
