Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities from project inception to completion for G+12 structures.
Ensure compliance with all municipal regulations and G+12 licensing requirements.
Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Develop and monitor project schedules (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and cost estimates.
Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained.
Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Handle any project-related issues, delays, or design changes effectively.
Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental guidelines, and legal requirements.
Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
