Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project scopes, goals, deliverables, and work breakdown structures
Create detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute projects effectively
Monitor project progress and adjust resources and plans as needed
Prepare and present regular project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
Manage project risks, change requests, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client expectations
Facilitate regular meetings with teams, clients, and vendors
Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
3-5 years
of experience in a project management or coordination role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent command of English
UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory
