We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Exhibitions and Events Project Manager to join our team on a full time basis. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional event experiences and the expertise to manage projects from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in exhibition stand and events project management.
In-depth understanding of materials, production processes, and installation procedures
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and floor plans
Proficient in project management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Good Communication - Written & Verbal in English
Oversees all aspects of exhibition projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and communication.
Based in Poland
Native Polish speaking preferred.
