Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Project Manager

to lead and manage multiple projects involving

steel structure fabrication

,

civil foundation works

,

STP

,

Pumping station and RO plant Installation

. The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and top-tier quality by efficiently managing project teams and coordinating with design, production, and site installation units. A

valid UAE driving license

is mandatory for frequent site visits and on-site project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute projects across steel fabrication, water treatment systems, and civil foundation works. Oversee all stages of civil foundation works including excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting. Take full ownership of project delivery -- proactively identifying risks and implementing timely solutions. Coordinate effectively between design, procurement, fabrication, and on-site execution teams. Manage local manpower and subcontractors efficiently, ensuring availability, productivity, and quality of work. Source and coordinate subcontractors and vendors from the local market when required. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality control. Communicate with clients, consultants, and government/regulatory bodies to resolve issues and ensure alignment. Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting, and daily progress tracking.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil / Mechanical Engineering/construction management certificates

. Minimum

5 years' experience

in project execution involving construction works, steel structures, STP, RO plants and pumping station. Strong knowledge of civil drawings, structural foundations, and water treatment Installation/Maintenance. Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate across disciplines. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
