Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Project Manager

with a strong background in civil construction to oversee and manage construction projects including

residential villas, commercial buildings, and high-rise towers

across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have

proven leadership experience

, the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end execution

of civil construction projects from initiation to completion. Oversee site operations and ensure projects are completed according to design, schedule, and safety standards. Prepare and monitor

project plans

, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with

consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities

. Ensure compliance with

Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, Civil Defense, and other local authorities' regulations

. Lead and mentor site engineers, foremen, and other project staff. Attend project meetings, provide regular progress reports, and resolve on-site issues. Ensure

quality control

, safety protocols, and risk management practices are in place and followed. Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are met and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field (Master's is a plus).

3+ years of proven experience

in managing construction projects in the UAE, particularly in buildings, villas, and towers. Strong knowledge of

UAE construction laws

, project management tools, and local authority approval procedures. PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, and other construction software. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. UAE Driving License is preferred.
