Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Senior Project Manager

to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction and design projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have

10 to 15 years of experience

, preferably within the

GCC region

, with solid knowledge of

BIM (Building Information Modeling)

,

design and construction processes

, and

contractual frameworks

(FIDIC or similar). You will manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful delivery within budget, scope, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale building projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project KPIs. Coordinate and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including design management, procurement, execution, and closeout. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, claims, variations, and related documentation. Apply BIM technologies to monitor and coordinate project development and interdisciplinary coordination. Manage budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocation. Lead client meetings, design reviews, and project reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Support procurement processes and tender evaluations for consultants and contractors. Ensure adherence to local authority regulations, codes, and industry best practices. Provide mentorship and leadership to project engineers and junior staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master's preferred).

Minimum 10-15 years of proven experience

in project management across the GCC region. Strong knowledge of

design and construction practices

, local regulations, and authority approvals. Experience working on

commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments

in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of

contracts administration

(FIDIC or equivalent). Proficiency in

BIM software and coordination workflows

(Revit, Navisworks, etc.). PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
