Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven

Projects Manager

to oversee and lead the execution of complex construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and supervise multiple construction projects simultaneously. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules. Lead project teams, including site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and support staff. Monitor and control project progress, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards. Review and approve project designs, contracts, procurement plans, and change orders. Mitigate project risks and resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and clients. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 10 years in the UAE/GCC. Proven experience managing high-value residential,villas, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, codes, and safety standards. Proficient in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.). Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
