Project Manager
Job Description
We "Ab Contracting" are currently recruiting for a Project Manager position to work with our growing Dubai-based team. Responsible for acting as Project Manager as agreed for each project, including ultimate responsibility for all design execution, documentation, estimates, tender reports, and administration.
You will hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in either Architectural, Structural, or Civil Engineering with over 20+ years' of post-graduate experience in UAE. You will have previously worked in Dubai and be familiar with Dubai Municipality & Trakhees requirements. You will have experience working for architectural, interior design, or engineering contractors.
MANDATORY SKILLS :
G+4 Dubai Municipality Approved
Trakhees Approved Engineer (Green Card,Orange Card Holder)
Member of Society of Engineers
A Valid UAE Driving License
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Directs construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site;
Estimates quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility;
Prepares or presents reports such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property and right of way descriptions Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders Handle over the resulting structures and services for use Monitor progress and compile reports in project status Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc, and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required Should have sound knowledge of Dubai Municipality & Trakhees Online Portal.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
