Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will lead the technical planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from conception through completion. Reporting to the Project Manager or Engineering Manager, you'll ensure projects meet technical specifications, stay within budget, adhere to schedules, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines. Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Prepare progress reports and present updates to management and clients. Resolve project issues, including delays, costs, and scope changes. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards. Review and approve project drawings, materials, and method statements. Manage procurement processes and coordinate with suppliers. Lead project team meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification or equivalent (preferred). Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and health & safety standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
