Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the luxury retail fit-out industry, specifically in areas such as visual merchandising, window displays, high-end retail fixtures, and shop fitting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing premium retail projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple luxury retail fit-out projects from initial client brief to final handover, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. Lead the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of all assigned projects, while balancing multiple timelines and client expectations. Review and monitor technical and detailed drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Coordinate with the design and production teams to align creative concepts with execution capabilities and brand guidelines. Oversee concept development, detailed design, material selection, and fabrication processes. Conduct site surveys and site visits, and provide clear direction to teams on the ground. Ensure strict quality control checks before installations at the client site. Liaise directly with clients and internal teams, including Business Development, to provide progress updates, creative input, and address feedback constructively. Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders to guarantee seamless project flow. Monitor vendor performance, procurement timelines, and resource allocation to avoid delays or quality issues.

Proven experience in luxury retail with a focus on store design, visual merchandising, and window display. Strong project leadership with the ability to multi-task under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Clear and confident communicator; able to interface with designers, clients, and senior leadership. High level of attention to detail and quality, aligned with luxury brand standards. Proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Project Management. Proficient in project management tools and design software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) Experience with luxury brands or high-end retail rollouts is a strong advantage.
