:
Key Responsibility

• Create, maintain and monitor comprehensive project management plan (e.g. charter, communication plan, timeline, RACI matrix, risk register, issue register, etc.)
• Execute the project management plan and lead the project team(s) to deliver the project(s) on time, within budget and with quality
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs as per the organizational change management process
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and keep the risk register updated on frequent basis based on inputs from working group and stakeholders
• Report and escalate issues as needed and document all issues in the issue register with corrective & preventive actions
• Track, monitor and control all project actions and decisions and escalate any high priority concerns to management in a timely fashion
• Manage an excellent relationship with all stakeholders and understand & meet their diverse expectations without jeopardizing value delivery
• Work with project owner and QA to ensure that the project meets the required quality standards
• Undertake status review meetings with project team members and stakeholders and prepare weekly status reports
• Undertake steering committee meeting with project sponsor, owner and senior management
• Ability to Manage multiple (un)related projects/programs in parallel without compromising overall performance
• Ability to influence conflicting needs of various stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely & quality delivery
• Continuous project goals alignment with overall organizational and business unit strategic objectives and recommending corrective actions as and when required
• Work with regional and global teams to complete activities pertaining to projects such as legal requirements, budget approval, security & project controls assessment, audit, risk, resilience, communications, branding, etc.
• Support the PMO department in different areas such as management reporting, governance, monitoring & controlling projects, etc.

Technical Competencies

• 12+ years of experience with a minimum of 8 years project/product management in digital and IT projects in ports, customs, supply chain, trade & logistics, etc.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and other PMO certificates would be an advantage
• Experience in Traditional & Agile project management methodologies
• Excellent scheduling skills in Microsoft Project & Office Tools including reporting tools such as Power BI
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Management or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and conflict management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working for large and established global digital-first organizations
• Coaches and advises team members to help accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules and resolve technical & project issues creatively
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
