Project Manager

to join our team and oversee high-end renovation projects from concept to completion.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing full villa renovation and landscaping projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and on-site teams - ensuring smooth communication and timely decision-making throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee renovation and landscape projects from initial brief through to completion Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers, and internal team members Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with British and international clients Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules; ensure timely delivery of milestones Manage procurement of materials and liaise with vendors and suppliers Identify and solve problems quickly, efficiently, and diplomatically Ensure a high standard of quality control across all project phases Conduct regular site visits and provide detailed progress reports Represent the company with professionalism, accountability, and integrity

Key Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of project management experience in Dubai

, specifically within residential construction or renovation Proven experience in managing high-end villa projects from start to finish Strong command of spoken and written English - clear, confident communication is essential UAE driving license is

required

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with a practical, can-do attitude Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities

Desirable:

Familiarity with villa renovation trends and landscape design in the UAE market Background in construction, architecture, or interior/landscape design is a plus
