Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned

Project Manager

to lead and coordinate the execution of complex

aviation, industrial, and residential construction projects

. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full project lifecycles, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a critical leadership role ideal for someone with a proven background in

multi-sector construction

--including large-scale hangars, maintenance facilities, industrial plants, and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities-

Project Execution & Control

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects across aviation, industrial, and residential sectors. Develop project scopes, execution plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget without compromising on quality or safety.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

Manage cross-functional teams including civil, structural, MEP, architectural, and commissioning disciplines. Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal leadership. Facilitate coordination between aviation authorities, industrial regulators, and residential development boards.

Risk, Quality & Compliance

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee site safety, environmental regulations, and compliance with local and international standards. Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed and documented throughout all project phases.

Commercial & Contract Management

Control cost, cash flow, and resource allocation. Review contracts, manage claims, variations, and negotiations. Liaise with procurement teams and manage vendor performance.

Reporting & Documentation

Provide regular updates to senior management and clients through reports, dashboards, and presentations. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, from design through closeout.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Master's preferred.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification

highly desirable.

10+ years

of progressive experience in project management across aviation, industrial, and residential construction projects. Demonstrated success delivering large, complex projects such as aircraft hangars, MRO facilities, warehouses, and housing developments. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM tools).

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
